Customers who purchase from us are entitled to the following benefits for 60 days from date of purchase:

• Registration key changes (at our discretion)
• Free upgrades of the software you purchased

Customers who purchase from us are entitled to the following benefits for as long as the product is in development:

• Technical support via e-mail
• Free updates to the software you purchased
• Notification of the availability of product upgrades
• Notification of new products

An upgrade is defined as a "major release" of the software package and an update is defined as a "dot release". For instance, if you purchased a license for version 1.5 of BackupMan version 1.6 would be an update, version 2.0 would be an upgrade.

Note: Bundled versions of our software that were included with your device are not eligible for updates or upgrades of any kind.

To request a registration key replacment or a change:

You can use our automated online system to request a copy of your registration code or change your HotSync ID. You can access our online system here.

To request an upgrade:

You can use our automated online system to request both discount upgrades and free upgrades. The system will automatically provide you with any upgrades you qualify for. Please note that we are unable to process upgrades manually, you must use our online system to request your upgrades. You can access our online system here. Free upgrades will only be available for a limited time after a new release after which no upgrades will be issued.

Registration Policy:

Upon payment of registration fee you are granted a nonexclusive, nonrefundable, nontransferable license to use the software on one handheld device that you personally own. Corporate site licenses are available. You may not distribute your registration information in any way, including but not limited to beaming to another unit, transferring via internet, or downloading to floppy disk. If your information is found to have been distributed, your license and your registered user status will be revoked, and other appropriate action may be taken.

To update any Bits 'n Bolts software product, simply download the latest version and enter the registration code you were provided when you purchased the software.
