97% of all customers who did not receive their registration code or get their question answered did not follow the instructions on this page, and as a consequence we are totally unable to communicate with them.
If you have registered one of our software products, but have not received your registration code, there are a few possible reasons. Your registration has simply not been processed yet. Some of our partners take up to 48 hours before they notify us of a new registration.
If it has been more than 48 hours since you purchased the software, it is extremely likely that you or our internet service provider is filtering your email in an attempt to remove spam. This is especially true of AOL, Yahoo and Earthlink customers.
Our registrations are processed by an automated system that sends you an email containing your unique registration code. You should check in your filtered mail (sometimes called "Spam", "Junk", or "Bulk") for your registration message. It will have been sent from "support@bitsnbolts.com". If you do not know how to do this, you should contact your Internet Provider's technical support department for assistance.
Any emails you receive from us will have a from address of "support@bitsnbolts.com". You should manually add this address to your software's "white list" of acceptable email addresses so that you will receive registration codes, technical support answers, and update notifications for software you purchased. If you do not know how to do this, you should contact your Internet Provider's technical support department.
We answer every registration request, and every request for technical support. Normally we answer support requests within 24 hours and registrations within 48 hours.
