We are happy to provide our premier technical support (via email) for Motricity's customers who are using our products, however because Motricity does not provide us with specific customer information the following services will be unavaliable for their customers:

• Lost registration codes will not be replaced.
• Registration codes may not be changed.
• Registered user updates will not be sent.
• Upgrade discounts will not be avaliable.

We will not process requests to perform the above operations via or online system or via email.
