- Update your email address.
- Obtain a copy of your registration code.
- Change your HotSync ID.
- Request upgrade discounts (if available) for Bits 'n Bolts products.

If you do not know the email address you used when you purchased your license, you can also use the Order ID given to you at the time of sale by your place of purchase. If you do not have either piece of information, you will need to re-purchase the product at full price.
